Please be sure to include all information as well as read all inforamtion that I have posted about the product. Since this is a personalized item, I am unable to take returns or exchanges. All monogram letters need to be in first LAST middle order. If you are including a full name, please let me know how you're including it or I will assume that it is in first middle LAST order. Please be sure to include font and thread choice with your order and check your email in case I have additional questions. When emails go unanswered after a week, I will cancel and refund the order.
You are welcome to purchase the item without a monogram. If you do decide to send it back, I will refund the cost of purse only. Shipping charges will not be refunded and the return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
